Where do you cover in London?
Answer: Our team operates across all London Boroughs, and should we identify strong short-let potential in your property, we are pleased to provide you with a short let assessment. This enables you to make an informed decision about partnering with us.
Answer: Every landlord is allocated a dedicated account manager, who is readily available to address any queries you might have and to deliver updates and feedback. Each landlord is given a unique login for our channel manager, which supplies live data on the calendar, including occupancy and nightly rates. Landlords can also reserve dates on the calendar for when they wish to utilise their property themselves.
Answer: We are pleased to collaborate with landlords regardless of the number of properties they own, whether it’s just one property or several. The essential requirements are that these properties are not the landlord’s main residence, are available for letting all year round, and do not hold any personal possessions.
Answer: There isn’t a minimum term for our contracts; however, we kindly ask for two months’ notice if you wish to conclude the agreement. We respectfully request that you honour any existing bookings made by guests for future stays in your property.
Answer: All properties must be fully furnished and decorated to a high standard, ensuring guests enjoy a genuine 5-star experience. If your property does not quite meet these criteria, we are pleased to offer our design consultancy service to elevate it to the required level, enabling you to maximise your short let revenue.
